From field to container

Farm selection & harvest
We work with trusted Egyptian growers and harvest each crop at the right time for aroma and color.

Cleaning & sorting
Machine and hand cleaning, sieving and sorting remove stems, stones, dust and foreign matter.

Steam sterilization
In-house steam treatment reduces the microbial load (low TPC) without chemicals or irradiation.

Laboratory testing
Each lot is checked for moisture, purity and microbiology, with further tests available on request.

Allergen control
Allergen-controlled handling prevents cross-contamination throughout processing and storage.

Packing & traceability
Clean, export-ready packaging labeled with product, lot number and production date for full traceability.
